In ep 1, there is a quick shot of the chiain store brand Lawson, a real chain store in Japan.
In ep 15 at 2:45 Kousaka's cell phone is clearly an iphone parody. On the back of his phone it even shows a half eaten apple as the logo.
The day Deus is scheduled to disappear, July 28 (7/28), can be read in kanji as "shi ni na" (DIE).
In Episode 3 after the credits, Yukiteru is clearly seen eating a bowl of Kellogg's Corn Flakes.
In Episode 4, Hirasaka Yomotsu does some mock "henshin" moves from Kamen Rider while Uryuu Minene watches him.
In Episode 18 around 5:30, Yuki was about to choose Dr Papper from a vending machine. This is a parody of Dr Pepper.
In episode 26, around 20:46, the manga that Mur Mur is reading resembles One Piece
