Hurricane Polymar (live-action movie)
Alternative title:
破裏拳ポリマー (Japanese)
Plot Summary:
Takeshi Yoroi has for many years spent training in perfecting his martial arts and athletic skills with the purpose of becoming a criminal investigator at the International Secret Police Agency. The director of this agency Onigawara, was looking forward to enlisting Yoroi as a member of the agency, only to ultimately deny Yoroi an opportunity to join due to Yoroi’s attitude towards crime fighting not being on par with the agency’s standards. Yoroi however eventually put his training to good use by at first solving crimes on his own until he ended up becoming an assistant for a private detective named Joe Kuruma. One day, Yoroi obtained a new artificial polymer suit from a scientist. The polymer is known as polymet, which is far stronger than steel. What’s more is that the wearer of the suit has the ability to change forms and form weapons. Yoroi finds the suit to be perfect for him to go under the guise of a superhero known as Hurricane Polymar. (from TV)
