Yowapeda Racers Dress Up for Halloween Crane Prizes

posted on by Lynzee Loveridge

Anime News Network's merchandise coverage sponsored by Tokyo Otaku Mode.

Toy manufacturer Chara Hiroba is adding some spooky Yowamushi Pedal plushes and phone straps as crane game prizes for Halloween. The boys of Hakone Academy—Jinpachi Tōdō, Hayato Shinkai, and Yasutomo Arakita— are dressing up as a police officer, a werewolf, and a Jiang Shi (Chinese hopping vampire). They're joined by Sohoku High School's Yusuke Makishima, Shōkichi Naruko, and Sakamichi Onoda. They're each dressed as a witch, traditional vampire, and a tiger.

Each plush measures about 16cm high (about 6.3in).

The same designs were also adapted into phone straps.

The prizes will debut over the next two weeks. Chara Hiroba is also adding Halloween-themed Adventure Time and Gudetama goods.
