H&M Taps Into Otaku Style for Spring Collection

Swedish clothing company H&M is tapping into a cute otaku style for some of its new spring designs. The brand is offering an original, pink-haired anime girl sweatshirt and a pink knit sweater with the phrase "Kawaii Cutie" in North American stores.

Both tops are US$24.95 and run in sizes small to large.

H&M's Japan branch is offering the same pattern as the sweatshirt on printed leggings.

The Japan branch is also introducing a long-sleeved shirt with a mock sailor uniform pattern and a sushi-patterned t-shirt with the word "kawaii" written in Japanese.
