Not only do mentally unstable children make great robot pilots, but they can also leave your room smelling rather nice.
The Eva Store, a Japanese online shop for all things Neon Genesis Evangelion, is now selling Eva Fragrance Holders. Previously purchasable through Japanese 7-Eleven catalogs, these fragrance holders are now being made available online. Each of the three variations comes fashioned with a statue figure of an Eva pilot along with different scents. The figures and holders are posed and fashioned onto stylized hexagonal platforms.
The Rei variant is notably blue in color and comes with a citrus floral scent.
The Asuka variant (sans eyepatch) is displayed on red and gold and is featured with fruity floral scent. Both this and the Rei version 10,584 yen (about US$88).
Shinji and Kaworu are posed together on green platforms for this fragrance holder display. The fragrance itself is "citrus floral musk" scented. The product costs 13,824 yen (US$116).
