Tokyopop Licenses Slayers Novels 7 & 8

According to a post by Kara Stambach, Tokyopop novels editor, Tokyopop has licensed volumes 7 and 8 of The Slayers novels. Both volumes will be available exclusively on the Tokyopop.com website.
As Anime on DVD points out, orders from Tokyopop.com are fufilled by The Right Stuf International, Tokyopop recently informed an ANN staff member that Tokyopop.com exclusives would ship anywhere that TRSI normally ships, including, but not limited to, Canada. A list of titles that are being released exclusively on Tokyopop.com is available here.
Regarding the rest of the series, Stambach states, "We probably will not license volumes 9-15." Stambach goes on to add that, should Slayers ever return to TV, the resulting interest in the series might make it feasible for the to license the rest of the novel series. However in the meantime the license is open to other companies.
