Official Animage Magazine Website Opens in Japan

Monthly Animage, the oldest monthly magazine on Japanese animation, opens its official website in Japan. The site currently has issue overviews, a planned section for columns, news (primarily on releases from its publisher Tokuma Shoten such as Dennō Coil books), and various reader poll results, including the magazine's popular annual Grand Prix. Animage will celebrate its 30th anniversary next year. Its competitor, Monthly Newtype magazine, has had an website at various addresses since before 2000. Source: animeanime.jp
