Flash Animator Frogman Launches New Dokan-kun Shorts

The Japanese Flash animator Frogman (Eagle Talon, Keihin Kazoku) is launching a new series of Dokan-kun television comedy shorts on Wednesday on NHK's E Tele channel. Tobidase! Dokan-kun will be a part of the Digista Teens program.
