Tasmania's MAICon on this Saturday

The smaller convention sibling of AICon will be running this Saturday the 7th of September 2013 in Launceston, Tasmania. MAICon stands for "Minature AICon" and distills the best parts of AICon into a single day with cosplay, fruits fashion, fighting games, traders and more;
MAICon is run by the organisers of Anime Island Convention (AICon), Tasmania's longest running pop culture convention. Their events focus on anime but have a hefty focus on Cosplay events, theatre sports and a artistic focus unique to AICon.
This year Madman Entertainment will be attending as a trader and Gammacon will be hosting a quiz later in the day.
- Where: Sir Raymond Ferrall Centre & Faculty of Arts - University of Tasmania, Launceston Campus - Newham Drive, Launceston.
- When: 7th of September, 2013. 9:30am to 6:00pm.
- Cost: $15 Adults, Under 15's $5, Under 10's free.
