The official website of Bandai Namco Entertainment's My Hero Academia: Battle for All Nintendo 3DS game began streaming a promotional video for the game on Monday. The video previews some of the gameplay and characters from the game.

In the game, players aim to become the "No. 1 hero," and the manga's characters will appear with their unique powers. The game will debut next year.

A separate My Hero Academia game has also been green-lit. The game will be an arcade card battle game, and TAKARA TOMY A.R.T.S is producing the cards.

Both games are based on Kōhei Horikoshi's My Hero Academia (Boku no Hero Academia) manga. Horikoshi launched the manga in Shueisha's Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in July 2014, and Shueisha shipped the manga's sixth volume on November 4. Viz Media is releasing the manga in English digitally as Shueisha publishes new chapters in Japan. The company also published the second volume in print in November.

The manga is getting a television anime adaptation, which will premiere in April. The manga has also inspired a spinoff manga and an upcoming novel, and the seventh volume of the manga will bundle a drama CD when it ships on February 4.
