All manga slated for release on January 18

Indonesian publisher M&C! announced on Tuesday that it has licensed Ai Mizutani's Chasing Love (Oikakete mo Chikazuite mo), Saki Aikawa's In Love with You (Kimi to Koi no Tochū), Madoka Miyake's First Love Degree (Hatsukoi Mitsudo), and Risa Konno's Love Peak (Renren Zakari) manga. The company will publish all of the manga (including all three volumes of In Love with You) on January 18.

M&C! describes the titular story of the Chasing Love short manga collection:

"When we go to high school together, we'll kiss, right?" was the promise that Uiko exchanged with her childhood friend Mako. She never forgot the promise. But now, in high school, Mako is the most popular guy in class, while Uiko grew up learning how to keep her head down. Uiko can no longer be frank to Mako, whom she now thinks inhabits a completely different world unreachable to her.

Aside from the titular story, the manga collection also includes the "Embracing Santa Claus," "1000% Love Tension," "Sorry I'm Too Much in Love with You," and "Embracing My Dearest One" short manga.

The book compiles five short one-shot manga that Mizutani published in Shogakukan's Cheese! magazine in 2007 to 2008. Shogakukan published the manga collection book in 2008.

M&C! describes Aikawa's In Love with You manga:

When her first boyfriend Takumi broke up with her, Yuna lost her faith in love, and decided never to love again. But three years later, her classmate Hayato asks her out for the third time, and she reluctantly accepts. Now in the middle of a relationship, she also suddenly reconnects with Takumi.

Aikawa launched the manga in Shogakukan's Sho-Comi magazine in 2010, and ended it in 2011. Shogakukan published three compiled book volumes for the manga.

M&C! published Aikawa's Is This Feeling Love in February 2016.

M&C! describes the titular story of the First Love Degree short manga collection:

I realized that I always snuck a look at him. Ryusei. But we always end up fighting. He's always good-natured with other girls, but never with me. I'm afraid he'll catch on to my feelings.

The manga's titular story is the second of a two-part story included in the manga, with the first titled "The Reverse Side of Love." "The Reverse Side of Love" is a fictional story about fashion magazine Nicola's model unit love 4ever and real-life actor and model Ryūsei Yokohama, who was once a male model for the Nicola magazine and its Nikopuchi sister magazine.

The book also contains the "Sweet Color of Love Chain," "Prince, Princess, Prince," and "You Called That Flower 'Love'" short manga. Miyake published the one-shot manga included in the collection in Shogakukan's Sho-Comi magazine from 2011 to 2012. Shogakukan published the collection in 2012.

M&C! describes Konno's Love Peak manga:

Sumika Ichikawa entered high school with the highest test scores in her school. But upon entering her classroom, she is immediately asked to tutor Yuushou Shima and Ryou Hasumi, two of the handsomest guys in school. It seems it is a task that all the girls in school are competing for. This is a nightmare for Sumika, as while the two boys are handsome, they have the worse scores in Classical Literature in all the school. Another nightmare is ready and waiting for her.

Konno launched the manga in Shogakukan's Betsucomi magazine in 2012, and ended it in the same year. Shogakukan published one compiled book volume for the manga in 2012.

M&C! previously published Konno's Heartbeats (Mune ga Naru no wa Kimi no Sei) manga in 2015.
