This year's April issue of Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine announced last Saturday that the next issue will publish the final chapter of Osamu Takahashi's Isuca manga on April 4.
The manga's story revolves around Shinichirō, a male student who gets a job as a housekeeper in order to pay his rent. While on the job, he accidentally releases a strange creature into the world, and he learns that his female employer named Sakuya Shimazu is the head of the Shimazu clan that hunts these creatures. Shinichirō cooperates with her to hunt down the monsters that are running loose.
Takahashi began the manga in Kadokawa's Young Ace magazine in its first issue in 2009, and the ninth and final volume will ship on May 2. The manga inspired a 10-episode television anime adaptation in January 2015. Crunchyroll streamed the anime as it aired in Japan. The manga's seventh volume bundled an unaired eleventh episode for the anime in August 2015.
