Aksys Games revealed on Saturday during its panel at Anime Expo that it will release the following otome games from Idea Factory's Otomate game brand:

  • 7'scarlet for the PlayStation Vita
  • Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly (Kokuchō no Psychedelica) for the PlayStation Vita
  • Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk (Haitaka no Psychedelica) for the PlayStation Vita
  • Code:Realize ~Bouquet of Rainbows~ (Code:Realize ~Saikō no Hanataba~) for the PlayStation 4

All four titles are slated for 2018. Aksys Games also revealed that its release of Bad Apple Wars will be out on September 29. The company plans to release a limited edition with a clock poster, artbook, and one more item to be announced.

Idea Factory released 7'scarlet on the PS Vita in Japan on July 21. The game features character designs by Chinatsu Kurahana (Samurai Flamenco, Uta no Prince-sama franchise). The game follows college student Ichiko Hanamaki whose brother disappeared in the town of Okunezato the year before. Okunezato is gaining a reputation as a "mystery spot" location. Ichiko's childhood friend Hino Kagutsuchi finds a website called "Okunezato Forbidden Club" where people gather to discuss the mysteries of the town. The site is hosting an offline meetup in Okunezato during summer vacation, and so Ichiko and Hino go to Okunezato to try to solve the mystery of her brother's disappearance.

Idea Factory released Psychedelica of the Black Butterfly in Japan on the PS Vita in January 2015. The game follows a young woman who wakes up in an unknown Western house and is attacked by hideous monsters. As she runs away she wonders where she is, and who she is, as she has lost all memory of her past. She finds other men in the house who are in the same circumstances. All the inhabitants hold mysterious handguns. The protagonist and the young men must risk their lives to take part in a "black butterfly hunt," and gather the "fragments of kaleidoscope" that the monsters possess.

Idea Factory released Psychedelica of the Ashen Hawk on the PS Vita in September 2016. The game takes place in a town ruled by two powerful families: Wolg and Farji. In the town, any woman who has a red eye is considered a witch, a taboo existence. The protagonist is a young woman whose right eye turns red when she has strong emotions, and to protect herself from persecution she disguises herself as a one-eyed boy and lives in a rotted tower in the forest outside of town. She lives her life peacefully, until one day the town's mysterious treasure, the "kaleidovier," is stolen. With that incident, the protagonist starts to learn the secret of her birth.

Code:Realize ~Bouquet of Rainbows~ is the PS4 port of the Code:Realize~Guardian of Rebirth~ (Code:Realize ~Sōsei no Himegimi) PlayStation Vita game and its Code:Realize ~Shukufuku no Mirai~ fandisc. The game will arrive in Japan on August 24.

Code:Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ originally shipped in Japan for the PlayStation Vita in November 2014. The game features a steampunk aesthetic and a cast of literary and historical figures, including Arsène Lupin, Abraham Van Helsing, Victor Frankenstein, Impey Barbicane, and Count Saint-Germain. Aksys Games released the game in North America and Europe in October 2015. Aksys Games announced last July it plans to release the fandisc in English this year.

The original visual novel is getting a television anime adaptation that will premiere in October, and is also getting a stage musical.
