MAX and Anime USA on XM Radio


November 11th 2006, Silver Spring, MD - Japanese Pop Group MAX to Appear on UPOP XM 29.

Japanese pop stars MAX are scheduled to visit WorldSpace studios in Silver Spring Maryland, for interviews on Iron Otaku Radio, and Ted Kelly's World Party, on Friday November 17th.

MAX is an all female pop group from Japan, featuring Aki Maeda, Nanako Takushi, Reina Miyauchi, and Ritsuko Matsuda. Their first album debuted in December 1996, and reached #1 in Japan, and sold over 1 million albums. They recently celebrated the release of their latest album, Jewel of Jewels, in February 2006. MAX will be performing their first US Concert at Anime USA 2006.

Iron Otaku Radio is Satellite Radios only Japanese pop and rock radio show, celebrating the start of their third season on XM and WorldSpace Satellite Radio. Iron Otaku can be heard Friday nights, 9pm PST (Midnight EST) on UPOP XM 29. Ted Kelly's World Party is Satellite Radios longest running morning show, and is heard coast to coast in America XM, and around the world on WorldSpace Satellite Radio.
