Ms. Mari Nakamura, renowned for her romantic prints and unique style, molds each piece to “create beautiful masterpieces for young women to wear.” With an artistic father fostering her talent and interest at an early age, Nakamura distributed her designs through companies like Victorian Maiden. Ms. Nakamura eventually shared her unique vision with Juliette et Justine to create a fantastic in fusion between classical 16th and 17th century painting and literature with modern day Lolita fashion.
Best known for its interpretations of 18th and 19th century Victorian and Edwardian dresses from England and France, Juliette et Justine has been on the forefront of Japanese Lolita Fashion by providing classical styles since its debut in 2004.
