ANN is going to Anime Festival Asia Singapore
posted on by Christopher MacdonaldWhat better way to start our Southeast Asian coverage than with event coverage of Southeast Asia's largest anime event (in fact, Anime Festival Asia (AFA:SG) is one of the largest anime events in the world!).
AFA:SG will take place the 27th to 29th of November, 2015 at the Suntec Singapore Convention & Exhibition Centre in Singapore. The event is in its 15th year and attracted over 90,000 attendees and 150 exhibitors in 2014. Spin off events have been held in Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand. The Malaysian event was held only once, in 2012, while the Indonesian event has been held every year since 2012. The Thailand event was launched in April 2015 and is again scheduled for April 2016.
Look forward to ANN's first coverage of an event in Southeast Asia to be posted in the days following AFA:SG. Furthermore, any news coming out of AFA:SG will be posted to our news feed during the event.
