This is the list of the anime I've seen entirely. It's growing constantly since I watch a new anime every chance I get.

One Piece: The MovieGood
Only Yesterday (movie)ExcellentA great coming of age story about a woman who loves the farm life as oppose to the urban city. A must see Ghibli film.
Origin ~Spirits of the Past~ (movie)Very goodIf you like Nausicaa, you might like this one too.
Otaku no Video (OAV)
Otaku Unite (live-action movie)Excellent
Ouran High School Host Club (TV)ExcellentIt's a bishonen that'll please those who love bishonen dearly. The characters are wonderful to know, and it has a nice story you can't resist to love.
Outlanders (OAV)Good
Outlaw Star (TV)Excellent
Panda! Go, Panda! (movie)Decent
Panda! Go, Panda!: Rainy Day Circus (movie)Decent
Paprika (movie)Excellent
Paranoia Agent (TV)MasterpieceWhat do you get if a highly acclaim director directs his own TV series. Well a TV series that completely stands out more than the ones on TV. Paranoia Agent is one amazing mystery/suspence anime. Sadly it was the only TV series that Satoshi Kon ever made. As he probably would of made another one.
Patlabor 2: The Movie (movie 2)Excellent
Patlabor the Mobile Police (TV)Excellent
Patlabor The Mobile Police (OAV 1/1988)Excellent
Patlabor the Mobile Police: The New Files (OAV 2/1990)Excellent
Patlabor WXIII (movie 3)Goodfor a midqual, this is probably the most hollow Patlabor movie of the whole trilogy. It had less Patlabors and more on the detectives and a mutated monster. You do get to see the original characters, except their screen time is really small compared to the first two films.
Patlabor: The Movie (movie 1)Masterpiece
Perfect Blue (movie)Excellent
Pictures at an Exhibition (movie)ExcellentFollows the same tradition as Fantasia except Tezuka style that'll please any fan of his works.
Pikachu and Pichu (movie)Excellent
Pikachu's Rescue Adventure (movie)Excellent
Pikachu's Summer Vacation (movie)Excellent
Pokémon 2000 - The Movie (movie 2)Excellent
Pokémon 3 - The Movie (movie 3)Good
Pokémon Detective Pikachu (live-action movie)Excellent
Pokémon: Destiny Deoxys (movie 7)Excellent
Pokémon: Jirachi Wish Maker (movie 6)Very good
Pokémon: Mewtwo Returns (special)Excellent
Pokémon: The First Movie (movie 1)Decent
Pom Poko (movie)Excellent
Ponyo on the Cliff by the Sea (movie)Excellent
Porco Rosso (movie)Masterpiece
Princess Blade (live-action movie 2001)Very good
Princess Mononoke (movie)Masterpiece
Program (OAV)ExcellentMy personal favorite segment of Animatrix. I love the heorine with white so much, that I'd love to meet a woman cosplaying as her at a convention.
Project A-ko (movie)ExcellentThe two main characters are wonderful to know and love in this fan service and brawling movie.
Pumpkin Scissors (TV)ExcellentI agree with other reviews that if you like Fullmetal Alchemist, then this is an anime right for you. Cause the characters do look liek they'd belong in the Fullmetal Alchemist world except minus the alchemy and focus on the military part. It's an excellent story on a war relief division that ended up recruiting a massive soldier who is tainted by the horrors of the war, but will learn how to live on despite who he is.
Push (movie)Very goodA Tezuka short that has a message for the issue of would be nuclear wars. Not much to say other than that.
Puss 'n Boots (movie)ExcellentThis is the reason Toei has a cat for their mascot.
Ranma ½ OAVVery good
Ranma ½ (TV 1/1989)Excellent
Ranma ½ (live-action special)Good
Ranma ½ (TV 2024)Excellent
Ranma ½: Big Trouble in Nekonron, China (movie)Excellent
Ranma ½: Hot Song Contest (OAV)Very good
Ranma ½: Nightmare! Incense of Spring Sleep (special)ExcellentA great reunion OVA on one of the most beloved series by Rumiko Takahashi. If you love the older Ranma anime series, then this one is a must see.
Ranma ½: Nihao My Concubine (movie)Excellent
Read or Die (OAV)ExcellentRumiko Readman is hot for a bookworm, not to mention the story will keep you hooked.
(The) Return of the King (U.S. special)Very good
