Umm... Why?

Cosplay is supposed to be for the fun, not for the money...
If they've got that much money to throw around, why not use it FOR the con instead?

Eh it is used for the con. Anyways some people are motivated for money (obvious reasons) so more people will try to do better because of it.

I mean why not award the person for trying?

* Cheating
* Accusations of Impropriety
* Store Bought Costumes
* Other things that mentioned will get me banned.
