I could care less about some of the titles behind fanaticism, but something that has perplexed me for sometime is what I have seen and haven't seen. I don't mean to boast on what i've seen, this is just what I can remember. (most i've seen through to completion, some i've seen portions of)
Robotech (saw original airing in the 80's, never finished it thou) DB DBZ DBGT Akira Ninja Scroll Sailor Moon Zodiac Warriors Speed Racer (hey.. it was anime) Lupin Gundam wing Gundam this.. (seen most of the gundam series) Gundam that X Blood Vampire Hunter D, and bloodlust Brave Gundam Bob (doesn't exist, but it would be cool) Patlabor Cowboy Bebop Naruto Berserk Initial D Samuria Champloo FLCL Street fighter V + movies.. Trigun Inuyasha.. Bubblegum crisis tank police YUA Big O Ruroni Kenshin GITS GITS: SAC & 2nd gig FMA At any rate.. theirs more that i've forgotten.. Getting right to the point, i've always felt that I missed out on a few essential anime. I've a broad range for acceptance, but titles like Evangelion have somehow managed to escape me. 1. Is Evangelion worth the purchase 2. what other essential anime would you recommend. (remember - Me = noob) [please use the preexisting recommendations thread, and check some of the other current forum threads for more discussions like this one -b] |

Hmm..i think Evangalion is worth it because of the Platinum Series and also if you like Love Hina or Samurai Champloo?

If you liked Blood and Vampire hunter D/Bloodlust then youve got to watch Hellsing... this isnt advice... its compulsory...

Love hina is another that I was curious about. I've seen "Tenchi the pimp" series, but wondered whether or not love hina was the same way.. seems like a drama....
Also, I've seen most of the episodes pf helsing.. thats the shizzit. |
