I cannot see anywhere on the linked page saying that it will be a sub-only home video release, or mentioning home video release at all. Would seem odd since Madman tends to avoid sub-only releases like the plague.

Except the US release of Waiting in the Summer has been picked up by Sentai Filmworks with the intention of producing only an English subtitled version, so unless Madman can source a dub, they either go sub only or never release it.
