They're using it as a selling point because Ignition's localization for the original sucked. The game doesn't have much speech in it anyway. Either way, it's totally a Japanese game so I don't see how a dub is even needed in the first place.

There's also nothing wrong with adding a dub as well. There are anime out there that have Japanese themes with a dub. Not exactly out there of the possibility.

Of course, and they may well decide to add a dub.
