Don't know if the Eri Kawamura listed here in entry 96592 is the same as the mangaka, but Kawamura was quite a prolific mangaka during the 1990s and early 2000s. Here's the Japanese wiki link - http://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/河村恵利
Also, any possibility of creating another listing for a person named Tomoko Sato? I don't think the person in entry 9688 is the same one as the kanjii for the names is different. This particular Sato's name is written as さとう智子. She does manga illustrations for the Japanese releases of Harlequin Romance Novels. Here's the Japanese link - http://www.harlequin-library.jp/book/comic/artist/さとう智子 Thanks again! |

Fixed. Strangely enough, the entry with wrong spelling had had much more info. |

Actually, I'm not entirely sure that Takeshi is a wrong name. Elmira Utz, the Director of Publicity for Sakura-Con, said that "Yeah, I have had this question a lot. [Person] Why the name change?" So he may have changed his name at one point, although, he is currently known as Joji (as per the person Elmira forwarded the question to's response, who has spoken to him personally).
Also, this isn't really a duplicate person, either. |

We now have a fifth (animenewsnetwork.com/bbs/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=132506) Yūki Hayashi.
Yūki Hayashi (composer): 林ゆうき He's currently listed as the composer to Blood Lad TV (http://moca-news.net/article/20130319/201303192005a/01/), but also has other credits erroneously attached to Yuuki Hayashi (seiyuu) person#46345 |

I split the composer from the seiyuu. Can't do anything about either of them not being standard form (with macrons). I think only Dan can change that. |

Yoshiaki Fujisawa (#113645) - Correct
Yoshimasa Fujisawa (#116193) - Incorrect His website for confirmation: http://9th-sound-factory.s1.bindsite.jp/profile.html Edit: And while I'm here...
Yuki Hayashi. That is how his name is romanized on his Twitter, website, label's website, etc. Not Yuuki or Yūki. (don't know if you are allowed to edit this) |

I don`t know if this is good place for this, but I think that this person`s name needs to be corrected:
Kenta OSUMI id=119224 person#119224 it should be Kenta Ohkuma source: http://www.kenproduction.co.jp/member.php?mem=m67 http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=creator&creatorid=36642 |

Thanks for pointing that out. I've removed those credits from Osumi and added them to Kenta Ōkuma following romanization rules. |

I could have sworn this thread got locked and we were making separate threads for each person? Anyway, I'll just add this here for the sake of archiving it, because I can't find any sources to back anything up.
Tsutomu Sakamoto and Riki Sakamoto share the same kanji (坂本力), have the same career span (1996 to current) and have only animation credits. I think they are probably the same person. Isamu Sakamoto is possibly also a (mis?)reading of the same kanji, but the wayback machine shows 坂本勇. However, I have no idea which is the correct reading, because I couldn't find any sources. |

While entering credits I ran across this kanji duplicate. I went with Akiko because it had more credits, but it seems that Funimation went with Meiko (for Eden of the East: Paradise Lost, anyway). I know that R1 distributors aren't necessarily right, but just throwing it out there. Dub credits, then Sub credits as posted on Hulu. Check it:
