Currently, both Takashi Tomiyama and Kei Tomiyama are entered for the same roll in 1+2 = Paradise. I checked both the credits of 1+2 = Paradise, and the source given on the Takashi Tomiyama encyclopedia page for his other listed roll, and both seem to use the same characters for his name as on the Kei Tomiyama encyclopedia page. Google Translate is telling me that the same character can be read as "Kei" or "Takashi", so I'm thinking the entries for Takashi Tomiyama may just be due to a misreading of the character.
