For all we know it could have tied that 3.9 rating.
You aint gonna see it rank next week either, it did not air this past Saturday.
Don't worry, Uchuu Kyoudai its doing quite good.

If several shows get the same ranking they are all shown on the top ten. So Uchuu Kyodai's ranking is 3.8 or lower.

How are 3.9 ratings good? That's not good at all. If it averaged 5-6% like something like Toriko, that's alright, I guess. I think the highest I've seen Toriko get was a 7. something. If it averages 8-10% like Conan, then that is something to be proud of. It's like saying WWE's 2.8 rating back last year is "good" when WWE was averaging 3s before CM Punk became champion. A 3.9% is laughable.
