Can someone explain this to me? ....spoiler[ The kids were used to light up the town?] What? Confused I soooo need help.

Yes, they are used to light up the the hide and seek area some how. Either with their souls or with their bodies' electricity (like the Matrix). That's why no kid who goes in ever comes out.]

Are you kidding me? Who doesnt want s city POWERD by the escents of children? Especially hyper, eager children that want to play Hide &Seek, NO matter what the danger.
