Well, that's quite surprising.

Good. What a waste of time and taxpayer dollars that it's been already.

He claimed he had gotten permission from the police for the design before he went ahead with the paint job, so not that surprising ^^ |

Can't wait for some dude to get arrested next under "domestic terrorism" for driving a Munster Koach.

Hopefully he's got that permission in writing that he can whip it out and show anyone else who thinks he's 'impersonating' |

I felt a great disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror "But, but, but ... he is guilty!" and were suddenly silenced.

Not sure if you're serious about that being surprising. I know when this was first "reported" on ANN more of the level headed people pointed out how poor of a case it was since the charge they filed against the guy depended upon him acting as a police officer and claiming he was an officer; so the Judge did the right thing here.
Nah, they'll get him on domestic terrorism/Terroristic threat because of the "Punish and Enslave" on the care. |

To be honest I wasn't aware he got permission from the police prior to his arrest, nobody brought that up until you just mention it. |

According to to the driver, he took the paint specifications to the Braintree Police Department a month ago, where it was allegedly approved by an officer that day |

Coincidentally enough I'm in a parking spot and there's a legit police car that looks just like that Maserati (only four doors. Can't tell make cause it's too dark, but looks like a Chevy)

Saw him at an intersection in Braintree on Thursday. He wasted no time getting back on the road.
