Utada made a song for Evangelion, so she better make a song for KH3. It would be wrong if she didn't.

Honestly, what happened with her and her mother's suicide and the harassment she received from the press, I personally wouldn't be surprised if she didn't return for a long time. I remember she was really upset on Twitter around the time of the funeral, questioning the humanity of the reporters, as they actually BLOCKED THE WAY of the funeral car during her mother's funeral.
I personally don't mind if she doesn't return for Kingdom Hearts 3. She still needs time to recover. |

Kingdom Hearts 3 probably won't come out until 2016 at the earliest anyway.
