Hope this movie comes to the U.S. Somehow. Maybe CR will get streaming rights that would be nice. Will have to look out if it may come to NYC for a screening.
And I love the pictures near Omi Jingu. I visited the shrine twice & ran into other Chihayafuru fans when I was there.

I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for these films. I love this series so much. Even though I'm not normally a fan of live action adaptations I'm excited and curious to see how these play out (not sorry).

Let's see how long before the Keihan Electric Railway does promotions on behalf of this movie. And with very good reason: the Keihan Ishiyama-Sakamoto Line runs right next to the Omi Jingu Shrine, and Keihan painted a train running on this line in a special livery celebrating the Chihayafuru manga/anime series:
