It's worth noting that Doukyuusei had the highest average per screen sales. Ratings are also very high.
God it was great. A-1 Pictures did an amazing job translating Nakamura sensei's unique art style into animation. The acting was great, the animation was great, the music was great, and of course the story was great. I'm already planning to watch it again next weekend to try to get the new attendee bonus. I hope they announce the home release soon. |

Good to know how well-done the movie turned out to be. I really hope that the removed notice about it being released stateside is true-- it looks and sounds too gorgeous not to be. Let's hope for the best!

Girls und Panzer still has a theatrical release, now over 3 months since its box office debut? That's pretty crazy. I thought it had moved on since it didn't appear on Box Office Mojo's list for two weeks straight.
