Yup, that's correct. This morning, I noticed that the ANN encyclopedia and MAL didn't list her character but AniDB did. I generally like using pictures of characters who can be identified through a character list.

Just out of curiosity, what is it about that image that makes you say "yikes!"? She looks like a normal, ordinary, common anime girl to me. I just wonder if I am missing something. |

I'm pretty sure Gina Szanboti was referring to the way her eyes look with the "0O". One eye is smaller and oval shape while the other is larger and more circular. That is just supposed to show that her face is viewed from an angle, but I guess it looks kind of weird.
