So I was bored on Wikipedia , trying to fix vandalism and such, when I happened upon the Tokyopop page. I clicked on a few of the references, and I run into this.
So i'm reading this, and i'm completely pissed. Tokyopop seems to have not changed since this "Open Letter" was printed!! Even though they dumped their anime divison to FUNi's hands, it kinda underlines something i've been wondering: Do the companies ever listen to the fans?
Now this kinda also falls into a few other "touchy" subjects, but I want my main question to be answered. Do these companies ever listen to the fans when they did a wrong, or do they just blissfully ignore the fans and continue to do colossal fudge-ups?
