Finally!!!

I knew a few people who used 3rd party services in Japan for this but I'm glad to cut the middleman out.

I can do this today.

It's the first one on the list "America".

Also it's mentioned on Otaku Mode's site.

On the note of the article, seems like TOM is taking charge of this so I assume the merchandise side will be covered for membership. That's the main part I hoped for with this opening to international fans. I do hope that the musical lottery is open to us too.
