I didn't thought the slow pacing will eventually reach the manga's current chapter :O Great! Can't wait to see how original ending looks like~!

The writer is constantly getting ill. I worry for her too sometimes. However, they do try to crank out some pages if necessary. It sometimes take 2-3 montha for her to complete 1 chapter. Hopefully she will recover soon in order to progress the story.

I doubt it will be an original ending. She can easily just give them an outline or storyboard on how the events will go.

Dang, I heard they cut a lot from the manga though. I would understand if it was far behind, but if it’s going ahead, maybe it would’ve been better to include the missing characterization.

I hope once the Anime is over she has more time to fully Recover. The Anime was a ok-watch, by far not a masterpiece, and i would love to have the manga continue properly.
And its not such a wacky-what-the-heck-was-that-unnecessary-ending like Black Butler Season 2
