It would have been funny to also see a "merchandize by anime" statistics. ^^

Look at all that sweet juicy sales from Sora yori and Yuru Camp. This is such a great week. Too bad about Slow Start though. Oh well, at least all girls show and cute girls doing cute things isn't going away anytime soon. Now, I'm just waiting for Citrus to make the debut. Low expectations.

I guess we'll be seeing more of both of those in the future. Which is good especially Yuru Camp.

If I recall, Yurucamp is the first Kirara Forward title to become the biggest success ever. It's about time for that line, and it's been awhile there was another successful Kirara title after Gochiusa. Hopefully, the upcoming Harukana Receive will follow Yurucamp's success.

And in addition A Place Further Than the Universe ended up being a successful original property. We're definitely going to see more of Atsuko Ishizuka directing in the future.

I doubt Citrus is going to sell a lot of discs so I'm hoping the success of the anime is based on manga boosts and streaming numbers.

iirc Sora Yori's discs ran out actually, that's why the sales figure don't reflect its success.
Let's wait for the next weeks.

The true power of comfy camping. Thrilled with the success of Yurucamp. It was a return to form of everything I enjoy about iyashikei/CGDCT shows. Last time that happened was Konohana Kitan which otaku in Japan didn't support at all, so I'm glad this show got solid support over there.

Also happy that Laid-Back Camp did this well. I hope there is a R1 BD release. I would be willing to buy the JP discs if they had English subtitles. Also, congrats to A Place Further Than the Universe.

So happy that a nice comfy anime about girls camping beats all these overrated highly-anticipated shows in terms of sales. A second season is definitely on the horizon.

That's what everyone used to say about Hataraku Maou-sama back in time.
And yet.....

Is there enough manga material for a Yurucamp S2? And of course there are the aforementioned points above me even if there is enough.

Something to consider: how many people working in Antarctica have actually seen "Sora yori"
