On the bottom picture, they aren't wearing their theme colors. Also, they shortened Wakamatsu's name to his nickname, probably because it would have taken too much space. The same applies to Mikoshiba.

Mikorin wouldn't make it past the first interlude without running off stage after embarrassing himself with a comment. And, yeah, Kashima. No voice (and she is a she). But pretending they can all sing. I'd give the edge to Kashima as center. She has the most charisma and knows how to play the part. Hori would have to be leader to keep them all focused.
As for more anime, multiple-year breaks are becoming a norm. There could still be more Nozaki-kun.
