I enjoy the show a lot so I hope this means the anime will adapt the entire manga. I didn't realize it was by the same creator of Sakura Wars.

On the contrary, manga is an adaptation of the game. This means that its plot will be either similar to the anime, or will have 1-2 bonus chapters. Although much still depends on the fanservice. In the sense that if the original all-female title has a certain yuri-bait or ecchi, then as in the case of Uta-Kata, the manga can simply raise it to 11.
