Yay, some more good news. It's a pretty good manga, and I hope the anime boosts the chance for it to be licensed.

It's a pretty neat manga. It starts off more or less completely comedic, but it becomes a surprisingly compelling coming of age story. I think chapters 12 and 13 are a major turning point where the protagonist hits his stride, so I recommend reading up to the end of volume 2 to see if you'll like it.
