I stopped buying anime from rightstuf last year after they screwed me over on a couple of orders.

I hate that they make it more complicated than it should be when it comes to returning something.

I used to spend quite abit at RIghtstuf. Due to multiple less then Animazing experiences I pretty much cut them out completely, I didn't even bother with their holiday sale this year.

I haven't had any major problems with any of the orders i've placed with Rightstuf over the years. Packaging of items seems to be a fair bit better than the average Amazon order, resulting in fewer damaged products. The relatively high shipping cost to destinations outside of North America however means that buying from Rightstuf is only really worthwhile for me during their larger sales. Amazon usually ends up being cheaper the rest of the time, especially for smaller orders.

Hmm did they finally reprint the first few novels so that the proper art is on the book and not those awful covers? I might need to rebuy the first few.
