Looking really good. Also, having Masahiko Murata at the helm gives me a lot of hope. He's a hell of a director (I'll forever be grateful for his work on Gilgamesh, which is sadly woefully underrated/underwatched)

I saw somewhere on Twitter that "To Your Eternity" is listed with 20 episodes. Not sure is it true and will it ended up split cours?

I wouldn't trust random Twitter for episode counts but 20 or less episode shows are usually done in one season. More and it's anyone's guess how many seasons it will be.
Somehow I missed the fact that this was from the author of Koe no Katachi. Now I'm actually excited.

It is listed right on this exact PV ending (全20話 on the right of the time of showing, doubled in English below), so it's true.

Would not be surprised if CoVID-2019 influenced it to become split cour.

Have read the first two manga volumes. It's a very beautiful series so far. I'm eager to see how the anime shapes up.
