Between this and Activison/Bizzard getting closer to forming a union this week, I can only hope that something tangible and positive emerges from all this, but consequences and organization are good first steps.

This is what's hidden under the curtains of "global standards", it's a reminder that if a company starts adopting anything similar to this all of a sudden, then something really bad is going on.

It’s a problem in numerous places not just the video game industry.
Much like the issue of companies treating employees like slaves.
