Does that mean it got re-dubed or just that new lines of dialogue were created?

It's a new cast, at least in part. I didn't check all the seiyuu, but the lead is new to the role. Probably a whole new recording.

I saw this game next to Odin Sphere back in college. The Odin Sphere remaster was really good. Did not know this was a time loop game.
