VIZ and Disney messed up the release pretty badly. I'm surprised Netflix managed to license it.

The Asian Pacific licensor is Ani-One (Medialink), not VIZ.

I never made mention of it not being on Ani-One. |
You said that Netflix managed to license it, which is wrong, because they are able to stream it via Medialink. VIZ's licensing does not affect Asia Pacific, and so it has nothing to with Netflix.
