The original PreCure came to Crunchyroll October 2008, and now nearly 16 years later, we finally have the sequel.

Why do articles for Precure on Crunchyroll take so long? I am starting to believe ANN is let in to some news earlier but Precure is a surprise for them. That's the more comforting version. The other possibility is that ANN simply doesnt care about Precure.

I am starting to see Toei's Takashi Washio helmed relaunch of Precure is extremely smart. I thought it would start with a dub for all regions, but then realized Precure needs to build a bigger fanbase than it has right now first.

Also to make up for how slow the news articles have been there should be one of those "This Week in Anime" thingies for Precure.

Is it really that big of a deal if the article is a day or two late?

Man, it just keeps coming up Precure, huh?

Here's hoping the trend continues once we get through the seasons involved in recent sequels (and Go Princess, assuming they don't pull a surprise for Mirai Days like the Splash Star girls were.) It'd be nice to see the rest of the Cures make their way to international streaming.

News articles for almost every other franchise are REALLY FAST. I feel the fact that its not shonen, not Sailor Moon, being for kids in Japan and that 2 attempts to dub it have failed made ANN not really care for Precure... which I cant actually blame them for. And they are not the only ones, ANMTVLA took three days to put the relavant ariticles. I hope this relaunch is a success and precure becomes a household name outside

Weird persecution complex. Other than Pokemon, Pretty Cure is the only outright kids merch anime that gets any kind of non-news coverage on ANN. Even the stuff that gets dubbed and released on accessible platforms gets ignored.

Precure is sadly seen as a Sailor Moon clone. Magical Girls arent a genre in the west like it is in Japan.

And to be honest. I know I am probably extremely doomsaying, Precure has a lot of love in here, Its always brought up in other "This week in Anime" a lot. Rebecca has reviewed the released seasons as they come out (Poor Rebecca! Now they are releasing 50 episode series every other week. )

I know ANN team is awesome. But I wanted to see a bit more love for Precure, especially now that the relaunch has started in earnest.
