My guess is it took longer to get on Netflix because they had to finish all the dubs to be released at once.

I’m so grateful Netflix finally decided that the peasants outside of Asia were now eligible to watch the final two episodes! Thank you, Netflix overlords. I shan’t forget your kindness.
