I know I watched this as it came out. Unfortunately, I don't recall much about it- which may be the most damning thing about the show. Other than the name of the group- Lasting Period? Really? That sounds....unpleasant.

I wasn't as harsh on evaluating this one as Jeremy was (I scored it at a C+ overall, mostly on the strength of the interactions among the Lasting Period members and certain other characters), but I still labeled it as "perfectly forgettable" in the end. Would probably watch a second season if one is made but won't be bothered in the slightest if this is all we get.

I actually recall this being received as one of the more decent to solid "Banished" offerings, though your mileage will probably vary.

I do intend to give it a shot myself.

its more than likely that this is all we get. though im surprised the reviewer give the whole skimming the story to get people invested in the light novels MO!

considering that have ALWAYS been a thing when it comes to light novel adaptations where its source materials sales arent as popular enough to get its anime version a second season let alone a 24 ep season in the case of I left my A Rank Party to delve in the depts of the dungeon with my former students , that is saying a lot.

I just finished watching this series as well as the A Rank Party one. Both fairly the same, both cookie cutter plots, both annoying characters at times.

The best thing I can say about this in comparison with A Rank? At least the main character doesn't have those stupid earrings.

I don't give two dicks what fashion trends are like nowadays. To me, it's a faux pas.
