Kazuhiro OZAWA (小沢 一浩) appears to be at least four different persons with probably different surnames:

Official sites rarely if ever list key animators (I've never seen it happen yet at any rate). You're lucky if they even list the primary episodic staff - you often just get the main staff as listed in the opening credits.

Given the chronology and similar roles (it's very common for staff with enshutsu credits to also have storyboard credits and vice versa), it's entirely too likely that they're same person who switched names around 2001/2002 to all-hiragana form. I don't really think they should be split. |

I agree, but how would ANN then get both the kanji and the hiragana name available for kanji contribution? The split-then-merge solution might do the trick.
