Remember, one step at a time. Atlus doesn't wanna clutter up the releases of their games. Japan is waiting for the releases of:

-Persona 4 The Golden
-Persona 2: Eternal Punishment (PSP)
-Devil Summoner: Soul Hackers (3DS)

Meanwhile, we're still waiting for Persona 4: Arena and an actual confirmation on the status of a dub for the anime. It's only a matter of time before the other three are also announced. So Atlus and the crew are gonna be quite busy.
