Why is Japan still making PSP games? Shouldn't all gaming companies move on to the vita now?

Because PSP is way more popular in Japan that Vita? Plus it has a lot of potential which is sad that SCEA killed it prematurely in the US?
And oh yeah, I guess because besides that PSP sells more than Vita over there, there's a whole lot more PSP owners than Vita owners?
