Alright Anime Network! I am so pumped to hear the English dub! I am going to watch as soon as my box receives the update!

Well that was quick. I guess they've been planning these dubs for a while now. Either that or Clannad already had a dub in the works at one point. But I guess they could just be really dedicated to doing dubs and are working hard on getting this one out ASAP.

I hope they release the dub version's on dvd so i can finally add clannad to my collection along with kanon and air.

I'll wait till they release it on dvd so I can buy it, then I will watch. Plus I wouldn't be able to stand waiting each week.
Also when we going to see the cast list? They must know if they are releasing some episodes so quickly. |

While I will check these out, I am very anxious for the DVD release dates, and more importantly (to me anyway), if there will be a Blu-Ray release! I don't mind watching it on TV (on demand), but I want to update my collection as soon as possible!

Can't wait to hear the English dub. Really hope we get a cast announcement soon. I remember Kotone's voice actress was accidentally leaked when they announced the Halo Legends cast, but I've already forgotten who it was... Anyone else remember?

Vic was Air's hero, Chris was Kanon's hero.
Who'll play Clannad's??? Even though I LOVE Air and enjoyed Kanon a lot, I couldn't stand Clannad's layout. spoiler[Everything after Fuko's arc just seemed predictable. And the constant abuse to Sunohara was just not funny!] Hopefully, the dub will help me appreciate it better.  [/spoiler]

Pretty sure that neocloud meant Kotomi. On ANN's cast part of Clannad it says Emily Neves as Kotomi Ichinose. |

japanese cast is too awesome to hate but this will make it worth a dvd purchase. subbed-only isn't worth the 20 dollars for 4-6 episodes or whatever. I'll probably just watch it on VOD ..seen clannad like 4 times already

Kotomi, sorry. It's been a while since I've watched Clannad.
Wow, everyone seems to think Tomoya's gonna be voiced by David Matranga. Am I the only one thinking Jay Hickman? He's had minor roles in Air and Kanon, so it stands to reason... |
