There is two art for the cover of the DVD that are circulating on the Web.
The first one (see on Anime on DVD, by example) is...pretty inncuous (well, from Elfen Lied that is...)
The second one (DVD Empire) is a bit...exagerated. (Even for Elfen Lied)
What is your favored cover ?
For my part, I hope it's the LAME one, since I don't like to look like a weirdo in buying anime...

The one on Anime on DVD is the cover art for the R1s.
from the looks of it aswell ADV will not have reversable slip covers that give us the R2 covers.

I prefer the second one, but it doesn't really matter to me which cover "Elfen Lied" has because I'm picking it up regardless.

So you would pass up on anime that you wanted just because you don't want to look like a weirdo? Or is that how you determine what anime you want, by the cover?

The series also comes out in two forms as well. Besides the standard first volume there's a version with an artbox as well, which is what I'm going for personally.
